These SMS Terms of Service govern the SMS (text message) communications between DSJ Printing, Inc. and customers who have opted in to receive text messages from us.

Program description

DSJ Printing sends transactional and customer-care SMS messages, including quote follow-ups, order status updates, proof-approval requests, pickup or delivery notifications, and occasional promotional messages about printing services.

How to opt in

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from DSJ Printing by checking the SMS consent box and submitting your phone number on our contact form or Request an Estimate form, or by providing your number to a DSJ Printing team member and agreeing to receive text messages. Opt-in is required and is never automatic.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with DSJ Printing. You may receive multiple messages while an order is in production and only occasional messages between orders.

How to opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages from DSJ Printing at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and you will not receive any further SMS messages from us.

Supported carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major US mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and their respective sub-carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
